I had often heard that famous Australian saying "No Worries Mate", and wondered where it had originated. Having just completed the wonderful Australian trip, I now know where that started. It came from people who have traveled to Australia using Touring Treasures for the itinerary and in particular using you to show them what to see and do. From start to finish we certainly had "No Worries". Both my wife Susan and I would like to really thank you for all you did in arranging such a beautiful vacation. It seems extraordinary that you did it so well in such a short time. Considering it was all done by emails and having just one phone call, it is best summed up by Susan in an email from Australia to family and friends, "We are having a great trip and cannot thank Suzy enough for all she has done". It is difficult to come up with the best for it was all good, but Kangaroo Island takes a high place. Again Susan said "I wish we could have had a couple more days here". Our tour guide Ben stands out. Seeing Koalas in the wild whilst he served us tea and wonderful eats will long linger in the memory bank. Incredible, wonderful, great, exciting, magnificent, all those words do not adequately sum up the trip. Once again, from the bottom of my heart, thank you for all you did. I am already thinking of making a return visit.

- The trip back to Boston was long but uneventful and now we are faced with below 0 weather and the threat of snow tomorrow. The lunch which you set up for us on our last day at the Vineyard was indicative of the whole trip because it could have been a sandwich lunch which would have been OK and we would not have been dissappointed but it turned out to be a 5 course special chef's tasting menu matched with 3 of their lovely wines; it was over the top! We all had a wonderful time in New Zealand and greatly appreciated your contribution; "Here's to Suzy," was an often repeated toast around the table.
