First we cross the Sydney Harbour Bridge to North Sydney for views of the Sydney Opera House and the city skyline, from Milsons Point and Kirribilli. Kirribilli hosts the location of 'Kirribilli House' and 'Admiralty House', residences of both the Prime Minister and Governor General when they are in New South Wales. Travelling to the Northern Beaches via Neutral Bay and Mossman, we cross Middle Harbour via the Spit Bridge, turning off tree-lined Wakehurst Parkway to visit the renowned surf beaches of Collaroy, Dee Why and Manly. Manly is one of Sydney’s most popular ocean beaches. At adjacent Freshwater Beach, the dawn of surfboard riding was introduced by the great aquatic Hawaiian Duke Kahanamoku in 1915. The first official world surfboard riding championship was also held at Manly Beach in 1964.

North Head Lookout at Manly, captivates the spectacular views of the entrance into Sydney Harbour and the City of Sydney in the background. Leaving Manly we drive to Arabanoo Lookout for other spectacular views over the Harbour entrance and out to the Tasman Sea. Returning to Sydney and crossing the harbour via the Sydney Harbour Tunnel, we visit The Sydney Rocks area to view the historic streets and terraced houses dating back to the 1800s, including Cadman’s Cottage, one of the oldest dwellings in Australia.

The Sydney Opera House, Mrs Macquarie’s Chair, St Mary's Cathedral, Hyde Park and the Hyde Park Barracks, State Parliament House, Royal Botanical Gardens, Queen Victoria Building, Sydney Town Hall, Sydney Tower, Darling Harbour, Sydney Aquarium, Chinatown and points of interest within the Central Business District are included highlights.

Today is your day to do as you please - either relax and unwind, or venture out into the streets of Sydney and explore the wonderful things it has to offer.

Set sail for a day and discover Sydney Harbour aboard a beautiful yacht. Cruise at a relaxed pace under the Harbour Bridge past the Opera House and Fort Denison before crossing the Harbour Heads to historic Store Beach for lunch. There will be plenty of time to try your hand at fishing, take a swim, or just sit back with a drink whilst lunch is being prepared for you. Your skipper will personally guide you through Sydney’s intriguing history and if you wish, you will have the opportunity to rig and generally sail the vessel.

Sydney has one of the most famous harbours in the world and we believe that sailing is the ultimate way to experience this true beauty. This tour is catered for discerning travellers who appreciate personalised service and wish to travel in small exclusive groups in maximum comfort aboard a luxurious cruising yacht.

Kangaroo Island is an unspoilt destination offering many of the images expected in Australia- abundant and diverse wildlife, wide open spaces, clean air, beautiful wildflowers, rugged coastline with pounding waves, white sandy beaches, rolling farmland dotted with sheep and cattle, very few people and friendly Aussie hospitality. Visit Rocky River Homestead - originally a small farm and now the National Park headquarters. This is the winter breeding site for the rare Cape Barren Goose - a species with a world population of under 8,000 individuals. It is also home to kangaroos, wallabies, koalas, platypus and many birds.

We join the infamous Bloomfield Track at Cape Tribulation and begin the 4WD section of our journey leaving the bitumen behind. Stop to see a 250-year-old giant Strangler Fig tree, experience natural creek crossings and climb to the top of Donovan’s Range for spectacular coastal scenery before descending to a magnificent isolated beach.

Stingray Bay is our next destination, and Cowie Beach, with its shallow bay, is where few have the privilege to stretch their legs and soak up this coconut palm fringed beach, its spectacular mountain backdrop and the unusual Lone Soldier mangrove. A chance then to walk on the world-renowned Cape Tribulation rainforest beach and admire the coastline and fringing coral reef from Kulki Lookout before a special visit to the Daintree Ice Cream Company. Enjoy a wicked afternoon tea of unique homemade tropical fruit ice cream or a refreshing tropical fruit drink.

Humpback whales book their holidays in Hervey Bay from August to October. During this time about a thousand humpbacks spend anywhere from a day or two, to two weeks relaxing and nurturing their calves in the sheltered lee of Fraser Island. Because the whales are taking time out from their migration they provide some of the best whale watching in the world. As they come in close to the boats they are easily seen in the clear waters of the bay.

It is the only Australian island in the list. The list says Fraser's "enormous sand dunes provide plenty of space and privacy for frolicking on the beach" and it names Kingfisher Bay Resort as the place to stay.

Fraser Island has an amazing array of natural wonders including over 100 freshwater lakes, some tea-coloured and others clear and blue with white sandy beaches. The island's beautiful sand tracks and the magnificent ocean beach highway are popular for four-wheel driving. Seventy-Five Mile Beach is popular with fishermen. Immense sand blows and cliffs of coloured sands line the beach and the wreck of the cruise ship Maheno sits rusting on the beach. Keep a look out for birds of prey and Fraser Island dingoes.

A collection of varied and unique eco systems, Fraser Island offers gorgeous scenery and a rich history to discover.
