Cancellation Fees
In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your travel arrangements, cancellations fees will apply as follows:
| TIME BEFORE DEPARTURE | CANCELLATION FEE |

| Prior to 8 weeks | * Deposit + 8% of total cost |
| 8 weeks - 4 weeks | * Deposit + 9% of total cost |
| 4 weeks - 2 weeks | * Deposit + 10% of total cost |
| 2 weeks - 1 week | * Deposit + 11% of total cost |
| 1 week - Departure | * Deposit + 12% of total cost |
*Plus any additional charges imposed
by airline, hotel and tour operators.
Cancelled components of your itinerary during your vacation are subject
to 100% cancellation fees in addition to the above fees and conditions.
It is highly recommended that you take out Travel Insurance in your
country of origin prior to, or on the day of, paying your initial non-refundable
deposit.
