- Liability - Touring Treasures does not accept liability for any injury, accident etc which are not preventable, and which occurs during their vacation period.
- Governing Law - These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia, and any legal action arising as a result of a stay or a tour, with any supplier suggested by Touring Treasures Pty Ltd, shall be governed by the laws of Australia and shall be litigated in the Courts of Australia.
- All prices are subject to change until paid in full. Touring Treasures does not accept liability for any last minute changes made by its suppliers.
- At the time of customizing itineraries, Touring Treasures Pty Ltd has taken every precaution to ensure that the content, descriptions and prices are accurate as possible, however, all descriptions, images and prices used in its itineraries have been provided directly by the supplier, and therefore Touring Treasures accepts no responsibility for errors on their part.
- Touring Treasures Pty will process all credit card payments in either Australian or New Zealand Dollars, with all exchange rates based on the Australian and New Zealand Dollar. The charges will be processed under the name of Touring Treasures' ground operator, "Prestige Tourist Services", and will appear on the clients' credit card statement.
- Touring Treasures uses ANZ Bank Australia's and ANZ Bank New Zealand's foreign exchange rates to convert the Australian and New Zealand Dollar amount into the client's local currency (USD/EUR/GBP/AUD/NZD) on the day the transaction is made. Any discrepancies due to any differences from the quoted client's currency and the actual charges should be made in writing to Touring Treasures with proof of the difference.
- Touring Treasures Pty Ltd requests copies of passports upon final payment for security purposes specifically inline with credit card transactions and visas.
- All hotels used in the proposed itineraries are based on the National Standards of Star Rating systems in each country. However, in some cases, Touring Treasures opts to lower/or raise the interpretation of that rating if it deems inappropriate for the proposed property.
- At the time of customizing itineraries, Touring Treasures Pty Ltd has taken every precaution to ensure that the content, descriptions and prices are accurate as possible, however, all descriptions, images and prices used in its itineraries have been provided directly by the supplier, and therefore Touring Treasures accepts no responsibility for errors on their part.
- Touring Treasures is not responsible for any change in itineraries occurring from reservations made by the client or a third party. Touring Treasures will endeavor to assist wherever possible should these changes occur which are beyond their control, but will not be held responsible for its consequences. The client is responsible for forwarding any reservations/arrangements made by a third party to Touring Treasures prior to final payment, and preferably contact details of the third party.
- Clients are responsible for any reconfirmation of flights during their travel.
- Links - any links to third party websites are not sponsored or endorsed, and therefore Touring Treasures Pty Ltd claims no responsibility for content, accuracy or quality.
- Touring Treasures Pty Ltd requires name, phone numbers, postal address and email address contact details in order to forward draft and confirmation itineraries, in addition to sending final documents. Furthermore, Touring Treasures Pty Ltd requires a copy of the client's passport for any visas to be issued and for security purposes. No client personal and private information will be offered to any third party, except where authorized or required by law.
- If an email or postal address is supplied online by the client, Touring Treasures Pty Ltd may use these addresses in its own internal marketing program.
- Touring Treasures' web server and Online Consulting function records visitors information and logs such things as a user's domain name, the date and time of visit, pages accessed and documents viewed, and the type of browser used. This recording of data assists in website and system administration (to include monitoring to prevent security breaches, to enhance web site content for improvement, to invite visitors for online consulting, and for research and development).
- Touring Treasures has no partnerships with Ad Servers or third party marketing companies.
- If the client has any concerns regarding privacy they are requested to contact Touring Treasures at info@touringtreasures.com.
- Touring Treasures Pty Ltd will see and store client credit card details sent by fax. Touring Treasures Pty Ltd requires written authority, along with a signature and photocopies of the front and back of the credit card. Touring Treasures will then proceed with credit card transactions on the client's behalf.
- Touring Treasures Pty Ltd requests copies of passports upon final payment for security purposes specifically inline with credit card transactions and visas.
- Touring Treasures Pty Ltd holds all client personal details in an encrypted password secure environment.
- Whilst all measures have been taken by Touring Treasures Pty Ltd to ensure a secure environment, clients should be aware of inherent risks associated by supplying information via the internet.
